1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Snipt, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, do not use the service.
2. Your account
You're responsible for the activity on your account. Keep your credentials secure and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use Snipt to shorten links to malware, phishing pages, illegal content, or material that infringes someone else's rights. We may remove links and terminate accounts that violate this.
4. Service availability
We work hard to keep Snipt online but make no uptime guarantees on the free tier. Paid plans include the SLAs described on the pricing page at the time of purchase.
5. Pricing and billing
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from settings. Refunds are issued at our discretion.
6. Custom domains
You're responsible for the domains you connect to Snipt and for any DNS or registrar configuration required. We may charge a small provisioning fee per domain.
7. Intellectual property
You own the data you put into Snipt. You grant us a limited license to host, display, and route traffic for that data so we can operate the service.
8. Disclaimers and liability
Snipt is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Changes
We may update these terms over time. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
